Hundreds gathered at Austin Studios on Thursday, March 6, to celebrate some of the biggest names in Texas film today. Honorees included filmmaker David Gordon Green, rising star Amber Heard (pictured here with fiance Johnny Depp), songwriter Mac Davis, Chronicle and SXSW co-founder Louis Black, and Robert Rodriguez's From Dusk Till Dawn, and the event, hosted by the Austin Film Society, raised more than $575,000 for continuing the society's mission.
