This chart shows the city services that were rated at least 10% above or below the national averages.
The two major trouble areas, in Austinites' judgment, are traffic and growth planning.
But Austin was above average in overall satisfaction with city services (61%, or 11% higher than the national average for large cities), and 83% of respondents expressed satisfaction with Austin as a place to live.
