It's a pretty innocuous, if overly wordy, United Nations document from 1992, laying out broad, voluntary guidelines for countries to move toward more sustainable policies. Alternatively, if you happen to be part of the John Birch Society, Glenn Beck, a neo-confederate, or Alex Jones, it's the sinister blueprint to steal all private property and embark on a genocidal decimation of the world's population, all in the name of the New World Order. But here's the real kicker. This doesn't put White on the extreme wing of the Republican party.
