Austin's famed homeless resident and three-time mayoral candidate Leslie Cochran died March 8 at the age of 60, after nearly two decades of charming locals and out-of-towners with his wicked humor and unusual style of dress. In this number, he's wearing a black thong, a moderately stuffed halter top, and a police helmet at Eeyore's Birthday Party in 2008. A memorial service for Cochran was held Sunday on the south shore of Lady Bird Lake.
