How long will we wait for the train?

Fred Gilliam retired from Cap Metro last week, and no one seems to be shedding any tears over it. We'll take that as a good sign and raise the arm just a notch – but at the same time, we're going to mothball "MetroRail Watch" for a while, since transit officials said we shouldn't expect to see any MetroRail movement until the first quarter of 2010, at best. We'll check back in as developments occur.
