Will Wynn will be sworn in as Austin's 53rd mayor on Monday, June 16, at 6:15pm, at the Palmer Events Center, 900 Barton Springs Rd. Also to be inaugurated: new Council Member Brewster McCracken and returning members Raul Alvarez and Danny Thomas. Free, open to the public, and refreshments.
First organics, then wind power, and now the American Solar Energy Society's 2003 annual conference is coming to the Austin Convention Center June 21-26. The exhibit hall will be free and open to the public June 23-25.
