Frank-ly Speaking...

Outspoken gay political leader Barney Frank will visit Austin next week to show his support for the local gay and lesbian community (well, at least that part of the community that supports Democratic Party endeavors). Frank, a U.S. Rep. from Massachusetts, comes to Austin to help raise funds for the local and national chapters of the Stonewall Democrats. The local chapter will host a private reception and brunch for Frank on Sept. 23. For sponsorship and ticket info, contact Steve Main at 266-7952, or stan@stanmain.com. More info is available at www.stonewallaustin.org.
