Kelly Kline, shown here, was Fuller's "drag mother" (see "Mother Figures"). Kelly, who is transsexual (her sexual identity is straight and her gender identity female) performed her first show on a dare. She found in women's clothes something that spoke to her deepest self, her gender identity. She is no longer male. She is a woman.
