Jovial keyboardist of Pong and all-around happy dude Shane Shelton is one of Austin's own, but cool noises and trippy vibes do not a CD make. Bedroom dabbledry is the curse of every musician who takes his or her craft seriously, and Music for Bathtubs has some bright spots of beautiful ambience. Unfortunately, one listen is enough. Stick with the bounce.
