Roky Volumes I-IV

This four-volume, plastic-bound set is a singular source of long-forgotten Vatornalia. It's been long out of print, but Jack Ortman is reprinting and binding the entire set. Contact him at jackortman@hotmail.com.

"Openers II: The Lyrics of Roky Erickson'

Roky's collection of lyrics and poetry was published by Henry Rollins 2.13.61 press in 1995. It's out of print, but judicious searching on eBay and Amazon can turn up copies.

"Not Fade Away'

Good luck on finding any of these, but count yourself lucky if you do. Austin collector Doug Hanners was among the first to champion the Elevators in the Seventies through this fanzine.

The 13th Floor Elevators Complete Reference File 1965-69

This freelance publication offers discography, chronology, session, poster, personnel information, and more for $25. Go to www.lysergia.com/elevRefFileMain.htm or write lamasivartdoz@mail.com.

The Tommy Hall Schedule

The Elevators tribute claims, "We want to emulate not imitate" and, by gum, they do. Both John Ike Walton and Ronnie Leatherman have sat in with THS. www.tommyhallschedule.com

The T-shirt

Jagmo, aka Nels Jacobson, drew the coolest Roky Erickson T-shirt ever. Available at Waterloo Records.
