Tri-Angel Unlimited Community Resource Center

A nonprofit which networks with schools, government agencies, universities, and businesses to coordinate volunteer activity and promote community improvement. Tri-Angel is also a clearinghouse of information and contacts for people hoping to expand their personal opportunities. Betti Carsey Stroud founded Tri-Angel five years ago from a family trust fund, and is now supported with government grants.
