This pleasant dining room in the Omni Hotel atrium offers a Southwestern menu and a dynamite Sunday brunch with waffle and omelet stations.

The Bonneville

New American cuisine delivered with a precision and deftness that puts you at the table with local, seasonal sourcing, prepared to bring out the inherent flavors of superb ingredients. This is a restaurant for the big ballers, the heavy hitters, the corporate accounts; basically, for anyone who wants to make like an old-school Rockefeller and eat some of the best food available anywhere.
