Simple but sophisticated, the menu here is best described as contemporary Indian cuisine, pairing traditional Indian techniques and flavors with the less-expected such as mussels and salmon.
We like the goat combo on rice and lentils with a side of decadent rice pudding. But the hara bhara, or "green" chicken served with a thick, spicy sauce, is worth your while as well.
