With room for an audience of seeming thousands, St. Matthew's retains an airy yet intimate quality; its seats are mobile, allowing groups to set up at different parts of this bright, white room. A Mozart Fest, the Austin Civic Chorus and Orchestra, and even full-scale musicals are performed in the sanctuary, nestled in the quiet grounds of Northwest Austin.

A Symphony of Voices: Choral Masterworks of Tudor England

Many voices, both solo and choral, perform the sublime, moving, and exhilarating music of early Tudor England, with music compiled between c. 1490 and c. 1510, featuring guests Ryland Angel, Erin Calata, Temmo Korisheli, Joel Nesvadba, and Mary Springfels. March 30-31. Sat., 8pm; Sun., 3pm. $25-30 ($5, students at the door).
