Holly Power Plant

Holly Street
Big, loud, and ugly. (Plus it smells bad.) First fired up in 1960, Holly currently runs at about half of its 540 megawatt capacity and produces roughly one-tenth of the city's power. In response to community complaints, this stinkin' behemoth is due to be shut down in 2005.
