Korean barbecue offered in five kinds of protein, spicy noodle bowls, chicken wings glazed with sweet and spicy Gangnam sauce, and those addictive kimchi fries are some of the menu's highlights at this Downtown trailer.
The offerings from Jae Kim’s brick and mortar "Home of the Kimchi Fries" should be as yummy as that of the popular trucks. The menu is slightly different, sporting Kimchi fried rice balls containing rice, cheddar, Monterey Jack, nori, and gochujang, but retains plenty of crowd favorites.
