The offerings from Jae Kim’s brick and mortar "Home of the Kimchi Fries" should be as yummy as that of the popular trucks. The menu is slightly different, sporting Kimchi fried rice balls containing rice, cheddar, Monterey Jack, nori, and gochujang, but retains plenty of crowd favorites.
Here the emphasis is on fresh, healthy food with a minimum of sugar, oil, and fat. This MSG-free zone offers gluten-free items as well. The spicy chicken bulgogi is a favorite of Downtown bartenders.
