1 oz juniper spiced tonic syrup*
.75 oz fresh lime juice
3 oz high-quality club soda, such as Fever Tree or Q

Pink Pony

1 oz spiced apple-cherry cordial*
.5 oz fresh lime juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer

Faux 75

1 oz sweet orange & rosemary shrub*
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
3 oz non-alcoholic sparkling apple cider

Pretender's Toddy

2 oz hot brewed Earl Grey tea
.5 oz cinnamon syrup (homemade or bought – BG Reynolds brand is great)
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
.25 oz ginger syrup (can be homemade or bought – Morris Kitchen Co. brand is sold at Williams-Sonoma)
.25 oz pomegranate molasses
3 dashes Barkeep apple bitters
