DRISKILL HOTEL The famous brunch tradition continues: 10am-3pm. This is a popular event, so be sure to reserve early. If you don't make it upstairs, the 1886 Cafe & Bakery will be offering plenty of your favorites as well as a seasonal menu for lunch and dinner. Reservations are a must later in the day for the five-course farm-to-table prix fixe at the Driskill Grill, with service from 1 to 6pm. TRIO AT THE FOUR SEASONS offers a bountiful holiday repast from 11am to 6pm in the Four Seasons ballroom and from 11am to 8:30pm in the restaurant. OMNI HOTEL SOUTHPARK offers seating in the Onion Creek Grille for a full brunch buffet with carving stations and the traditional Thanksgiving spread. RENAISSANCE HOTEL Banderas – A Texas Bistro invites you to a special Thanksgiving brunch spread 11am-2:30pm. Expect a full breakfast buffet with waffle stations and all the goodies. Reservations suggested. Later, enjoy a prix fixe holiday menu from 5:30 to 9:30pm. Brunch: $48 for adults, $18 for children ages 5-12. HYATT REGENCY AUSTIN's Southwest Bistro is serving "a decadent holiday buffet," where you can count on flowing mimosas as well as contemporary cuisine and traditional favorites. CORAZON AT CASTLE HILL will offer a $24.95 prix fixe lunch 11am-2pm. Don't miss the gulf shrimp with grits and Mexican Turkey Dinner. 1101 W. Fifth, 476-0728. www.corazonatcastlehill.com.

HUDSON'S ON THE BEND will be offering a special à la carte menu including some signature dishes from its fall menu, as well as special holiday options. A childen's menu will be available. GREEN PASTURES RESTAURANT This annual Thanksgiving brunch buffet has so many fans, it's sold-out again this year. Don't give up hope, though: You can always reserve a spot on the wait-list. 11am-2pm. $55 per person. 811 W. Live Oak, 444-4747. www.greenpasturesrestaurant.com.

SHORELINE BAR & GRILL If you're tired of buffets and prix fixe menus, opt for this concise Thanksgiving menu with a nice variety of choices. 11am-4pm and 5-9pm. 98 San Jacinto, 477-3300. www.shorelinegrill.com.

HILL COUNTRY PASTA HOUSE invites you and yours for a special menu of Italian, seafood, and traditional holiday options. 11am-7pm. 3519 FM 620 N., 266-9445. www.hillcountrypasta.com.

MIRABELLE RESTAURANT This eclectic bistro should have some surprises in store for us on the extensive prix fixe menu that includes choices of seven appetizers, seven entrées, and seven desserts. HOOVER'S COOKING is celebrating with a holiday prix fixe menu including a choice of six main dishes, select sides, and, of course, all the trimmings. First come, first served. You can feast on traditional cornbread dressing, sausage gravy, green bean casserole, baked potato casserole, fresh cranberry relish, homemade rolls, and iced tea for as little as $8.99 per guest.
