Hosteria Verde Supper Club and Tipsy Texan present three evenings of innovative events for Flavors of Austin to benefit the Sustainable Food Center at the Monarch (801 W. Fifth). • Treat your taste buds to more than 45 examples of Michael Parker's stellar collection of Scotch whiskies at Opal Divine's seventh annual Scotch Whisky Festival at Opal's Penn Field (3601 S.
