Visit all eight wineries to complete the set: Find plates at one winery, glasses at another, tablecloths, napkins, and a cheese board elsewhere. Enjoy wine tastings paired with distinctive Texas cheeses at each stop. For a list of wineries and a map, go to www.wayoutwineries.org. Purchase tickets by calling 325/356-9100.
