Talk about a foursome! Flemings Prime Steakhouse (320 E. Second, 457-1500) and the PGA team up for a very special wine dinner featuring a menu designed by corporate Executive Chef Russell Skall complemented by official PGA Tour wines and wines from famous winemaking golfers Greg Norman, Ernie Els, and Arnold Palmer. The dinner hour will include video clips of some of golf's greatest moments, and PGA wines and other prizes will be given away during the evening. Reservations required. Dinner is $85, and tee time is 6:30pm on Friday, April 27.

Cheese lovers are invited to the first Farm Open House of the year at Pure Luck Goat Dairy (858-7034,www.purelucktexas.com). Tour the farm and the dairy, meet and feed the new goat babies, and try milking a goat. Award-winning Pure Luck cheeses will be available to sample and purchase. Saturday, April 28, 11am-3pm.

Texas Culinary Academy (11400 Burnet Rd., 837-2665, www.txca.org) invites the public to attend their third annual Barbecue Competition. Both students and professionals are encouraged to compete in beef, pork, and chicken categories. Tickets are $10 for all-you-can-eat barbecue, sides, and nonalcoholic beverages. Saturday, April 28, 11am-3pm.

El Rio Grande (Third & San Jacinto) celebrates their first year in Austin with four live bands, an outdoor beer and margarita garden, plus food and drink specials from 3pm until 12mid on Saturday, April 28.

The Spring Vineyard Dinner at Stonehouse Vineyards (24350 Haynie Flat Rd. in Spicewood, 512/264-3630) will include a four-course dinner prepared by Yum Yum Catering and musical entertainment by guitarist David Sherry. Reservations required; $70 all-inclusive. Saturday, April 28, 7pm.

Wine and wildflower lovers are encouraged to embark on a road trip to visit the eight Way Out Wineries this weekend. Each of the wineries is located in or near a picturesque small Texas town and the winemakers will be pouring samples of their wines and chatting with guests. Guests will receive a souvenir wine glass at their first stop on the tour and the opportunity to sample a different pasta dish paired with a special wine at each stop.
