Campechana = Cocktail of squid, shrimp, crab, oysters, and octopus

Mariscos = Shellfish

Barbacoa = Barbeque, Mexican-style

Cabeza = Cow head

Carne guisada = stew

Carnitas = Whole pig, rendered and sliced
