Pork is king at this gussied-up farmhouse, which made its Manor Road entrée last spring. From the candied pork belly to the milk-braised pork shoulder, which pairs nicely with the accompanying (if puzzlingly out of season) vegetable sides, chef Harold Marmulstein puts the "wow" in "sow."
