Dear Editor,
I believe the Travis County D.A./criminal justice system needs a refresher in the law. How do you charge a person with capital murder whose intent was to evade the police and runs over people with his vehicle, and charge another with first-degree murder whose obvious intent was to kill people by shooting into a crowd on Sixth Street??!!
