Gov. Perry's 'Emergency'

Dear Editor,
So the first thing on Gov. Perry's "emergency" agenda was the vaginal probe? Does he have stock in that too? Like the HPV almost mandatory vaccine? I have never heard one politician bring up a vote for mandatory or even Medicaid funded vasectomies. Can you imagine the SPCA saying "we only spay the females after taking their babies away, its more costly and dangerous, but boys will be boys." I say we need another emergency vote, men need not speak or vote on this: Mandatory vasectomy for the sperm provider of the probed zygote!
