Kudos to photographer Jana Birchum for the great shot of a man standing in the rain in Downtown Austin [“Naked City,” News, July 9]. I did the same thing that day, because summer rain is a thing of beauty to behold (not to mention a relief from the heat). Nice to see such an inspirational slice-of-life photograph on the News page!
