Where Is Your Faith,” News, May 8]. Words and concepts are as inadequate to hold the truth as a teacup is to hold the ocean, yet you use words to go beyond words. I am writing to you out of appreciation. I read your column today sitting alone in a sidewalk cafe as the sun went down, and it made my day. Oh, I still think we are all totally nuts, but that’s okay when it is mixed with kindness. I sleep better every time I see a little light shine through the insanity. That’s why I read your stuff.
