McCain Mask Cover Disrespectful

Dear Editor,
I find your Halloween mask [Oct. 31] front covers extremely distasteful. No matter your ideology, someone running for the office of the president of the United States deserves more respect. We, as Americans, are free to voice our preferences but should do it with respect. I feel that your covers have sunk to the same type of negativeness which most American voters do not prefer. If we at the local level cannot conduct ourselves with dignity, how can we expect our congressmen to do likewise? Let us all show the respect that our country deserves.
