'No' to Toll Roads

RECEIVED Mon., Aug. 21, 2006

Dear Editor,
I was offended and felt ripped off that the tollers spent a half million bucks on a cartoon so that us rubes could understand and grasp how good the toll roads will be. Unfortunately I was mistaken that when the vast majority of the public said “no” to tolls, that we really meant “yes.” Silly me. I guess we need more millions spent on cartoons so we can see how delightful it is to have 15 million illegals in our country and how utterly fantastic it is to be at war in Iraq so this administration can have total and undisputed presidential powers to remove our rights and keep us safe from the boogeymen of the world.
