I've read, with interest, all the comments from local people about the behavior of APD toward this band ["Not Quite 'Ya Se Fue!,'" News, March 26]. What really surprises me is that no one mentioned the fact that working the downtown area is considered punishment for APD. This might explain some of the overzealousness.
