Werk 'til you twerk

I can't get too werked up, uhh, worked up about the whole Miley Cyrus thing. I've seen too many local, recently post-jailbait darlings of the non-African-American variety absolutely lose their gourds once the tempestuously titillating torrent of booty music gushes over them for the first time. Seriously, especially you, Austin gay community: Throw the first stone, will ya? That girl (who's barely not a girl) and her life were saved (doomed?) by the gluteal glee instigated by her generation's sex music. 2LiveMadonnaElvisWHAT?! Isn't it a testament to the power of the p-pop? The music makes you lose control, baby. And yes, young Miley is ridiculous, but music has the power to save souls. Did any of you catch Double Duchess at GayBiGayGay? (Hrmph, grrrl, we saw you.) Well, they're back for Pride. Read all about them and Hi Fashion right here. Then turn the page again to see where they are playing and to peruse all the listings of all the crazy happs happening during this year's Pride weekend. Happy poppin', y'all.
