2001 Kids' Summer Fun Guide

Summer Playground Program

Ages: 6-12. Brought to you by the good people at the Austin Parks and Recreation Department. Playground leaders provide a safe and fun-filled environment with activities such as arts & crafts, sports, outdoor games, nature activities, and more. It's on a drop-in basis, there's no pre-registration to worry about, it's free, and many Chronicle parents swear by it! See list of sites below. May 30-July 20; Mon-Thu, 9am-5pm & Friday, 10am-5pm. Pre-registration is not required, just register at your favorite park on your child's first day. 480-3043 or 499-6700.
