    Join Elliot Musgrave, certified personal trainer at Everybody Los Angeles, for a workshop on posture and mobility. Erica Nix promises this training will leave you feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to take on any kind of workout!

    An unrestricted and unapologetic art exhibit that "examines how a body may be critiqued or claimed, presented or perceived." Featuring work by Austin's Ben Aqua, Riel Sturchio, and Xavier Schipani, plus Brooklyn's Felipe Baeza and Jaimie Warren, and Oakland's Silky Shoemaker.
