      The Dance Department of Austin Community College offers classes in modern, jazz, ballet, and improvisation techniques, with student work produced twice a year in the Choreographers' Showcase. Teachers include Ellen Bartel, Jessica Cox, Kathy Dunn Hamrick, Roxanne Gage, Darla Johnson, Sunny Shen, Catherine Solaas and Melissa Watt. Note: Classes can be taken for credit and applied toward your degree.

      Ben Aqua curates a group exhibition of 17 QPOC Texans making art in photography, digital collage, illustration, performance, fashion design, new media, video, and painting to better visualize the artists' lived experience as brown queers in the Lonestar State.:

      Austin Beer Run Club – Weekly Beer Run

      Please arrive to Uncle Billy's by 6:30 as the run will begin precisely at 6:45. The fall/winter route is a 5k figure eight around the Long Center. An organizer will go over the route prior to the start, and route details can be found on the website. All speeds are welcome. Stick around for a post-run beer.: Free validated parking is available in the Uncle Billy's garage. Additional parking can be found on Kinney Avenue and near the Butler Shores softball fields on Toomey Road.: For ABRC events, all beer runners run at their own risk. Please use caution and exercise good judgment as ABRC is not responsible for injury or accidents.

      There's Sugar Water Purple on Wednesday nights – look, we reviewed their show right here. This Thursday features improv supergroup Friends for Now. Then come those Prima Doñas, right before they head to L.A., with the laser-sharp ladies of Loverboy and that Live at ColdTowne stand-up showcase and Improvised Reality finishing the night. Saturday's got that crazily cryptozooic Bigfoot: The Musical!, followed by the randy husband-and-wife duo called CHLANE, then another comedy upheaval of Riot Society, and – oh, see website for more!
