One of this city's favorite artists – and probably the only one whose work appears as a Jesus Lizard album cover and on the walls of the WWG – Malcolm Bucknall has lately immersed himself in works by artists such as Hieronymous Bosch and Lucas Cranach the Elder. (Appropriately, those artists created work during the plagues that ravaged Europe centuries before our current pandemic. And before there was, you know, the internets.)
