    BookWoman Inventory: Volunteers Needed!

    Sunday, January 26, 2020 at 9:30 AM – 5 PM: Volunteers Needed for Inventory -: Have Fun & Help BookWoman too!: It’s that time of year again! Our Annual Inventory of books and sidelines will take place on Sunday, January 27th. We need help counting everything in the store and we couldn’t do it without a little help from our friends!: There will be five main shifts- 9:30am-noon, 10:30am-1pm, 11:30am-2pm, 12:30pm-3pm, 1:30pm-4pm- or you could even create your own schedule, or come towards the end and help us get all the books back in place.: This is an opportunity to help us, meet new people and have fun all at the same time. We usually work in teams of two, so bring a friend or team up with another volunteer.: We will have some food and beverages on hand.     Highland’s Sunday Funday

    Lady Grackle Birdbreath and Colleen DeForrest host funday with Dirty Birdie Drag Bingo from 8-10pm. There will be a chicken named Patsy and bingo is free to play, but if you buy a Chicken Shit Number ($3) and Patsy deems yer number lucky enough to poop on it, you win the cash pot and all proceeds go to the Fajita the Chicken Legacy fund, which supports and rescues local chickens. The fun doesn’t stop there and carries over into late-night karaoke where you can sing your heart out and save some money until 10pm with happy hour prices. – A. Micah Mills
