  • Get Ready Central Texas Emergency Preparedness Fair

    The City of Austin Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEM) is hosting the second annual Get Ready Central Texas Emergency Preparedness Fair. The event is free, family-friendly and open to the public. Spanish and ASL interpreters will be available. Full info online.

  • Sangeeta Kaur in Concert

    Austin's own Grammy Award-winning singer, producer, and multimedia artist Sangeeta Kaur is partnering with Wonderspaces to bring an interactive music and art experience. The art installation "SWING," created by Brazilian artist Rejane Cantoni, will be featured and transformed into Sangeeta's stage. Details and tickets online.

    Antonelli’s Cheese Shop, locally owned and operated by John and Kendall Antonelli, is celebrating their 13th anniversary on February 11. For this special Black History Month edition, the show films in the Carver's Boyd Vance Theatre as they present minority speakers and highlight academics in the community.

    The Haunting of the Tavern

    Current and former Esther’s Follies cast members, along with other Austin entertainers, transform into your favorite mystery-solving gang to solve The Haunting of the Tavern, with a different ending each night. Featuring a script by the Follies' Shaun Brannigan and original music by Doug Ewart, this darkling comedy brings a modern touch of nostalgia – and includes a three-course meal by the Tavern's chef Johnny Romo. We daresay: Jinkies!
