A visual arts contest for kids to create original works of art to celebrate Mexican Independence Day. Children ages 5-12 submit photos of their artwork, and images will be posted on the Emma S. Through Sept. 4, any child under the age of 19 may receive one breakfast and one lunch meal daily from Austin ISD, Monday-Thursday, with Fridays as the weekend meal distribution day.
