Born Charles Ray Wiggins, Oakland native Raphael Saadiq remains best known for multiplatinum family group Tony! Toni! Toné!, and work with Lucy Pearl. The singer-producer gained solo acclaim with 2008’s soul revival The Way I See It and 2011’s Stone Rollin’.
