Robbed of the $2,000 grand prize ABC musters for new Mike Myers vehicle The Gong Show, Peelander-Z celebrates completion of a new album by tripling down with a pair of fellow Japanese acts. The Austin/NYC hosts, DIY meteorites dressed in superhero garb and slinging odes like new Buc-ee’s tribute “Beaver Fever,” welcomes two Tokyo acts in equally wild duo Mugen Hoso and party funkateers the Otanana Trio.
