Centroamericanto Fest w/ Luis Enrique Mejía Godoy, Tato Henríquez, & more

Originally begun in El Salvador, Centroamericanto Fest taps Jeana and Juan Carlos Ureña’s blend of Afro-Caribbean rhythms and Nicaraguan dancer Ruth Meza’s colorful dance tradition. Folkloric dance group Amor por Panamá includes elegant galas, while Teresita and Mauricio Callejas offer Central American folk melodies. 2009 Latin Grammy winner Tato Henríquez plies smooth guitar stylings, and troubadour Luis Enrique Mejía Godoy brands socially conscious songs indelible to Nicaragua – Alejandra Ramirez
