San Diego trap rapper Rob Stone (Jaylen Robinson) burst into the scene with debut 2014 single “Chill Bill” off his first major mixtape, Straight Bummin’. He wrote the song in the back of a police car. Peaking at No. 29 on the Billboard singles chart, it certified double platinum. The 22-year-old recently feuded with controversial Florida trap/rap-rock artist XXXTentacion, whom he dissed on “Xxxtracredit.” – Kahron Spearman
