Cafe Josie x Paloma Santa Fe

Chef Nathan Mayes of New Mexico's Paloma Santa Fe (and son of former Cafe Josie owner Charles Mayes) takes over the popular West Sixth venue for a multicourse evening of Mexican-inspired cuisine, unique wines, and mezcal. Go ahead, sink your jaded choppers into sumptuous portions of yellowfin crudo, local mushroom quesadillas, duck confit chile relleno, smoked lamb barbacoa, and remind your mouth what it has taste buds for. But, ¡ay! Leave some room for that baked-apple dessert!
