De Nada Cantina: Open at last!

Looking for some really good food? The owners of Sawyer & Co., the airport's Get Set concessions, and 2 Dine 4 Fine Catering – led by this talented raconteur – open their third public restaurant today: De Nada Cantina, serving up tacos with interior Mexican flavor profiles (barbacoa! carnitas! pescado! pollo escabeche! more and more!), swathed in handcrafted blue masa corn tortillas, accompanied by a trio of salsas – molcajete, verde, and habañero – all of it piping fresh and delicious from a kitchen run by longtime Sawyer & Co. maestro Alex Amaro. You want some fine drinks along with that, amigo? Half Step's Chris Bostick developed the beverage program. You want the joint to be so casually gorgeous that you look good just sitting there? The interior was designed by Mickie Spencer. You want – what? You've stopped reading and are already on your way? Oh! Save us a seat, you foodie fiend! Note: De Nada's open six days a week, 5pm-midnight, and closed on Tuesdays.
