It's always a good idea to overthrow feckless tyranny – hint, hint
– and it's also good to celebrate historical triumphs of the same flavor. Especially when the place that's celebrating is much about
flavor, n'est-ce pas
? And so here's that excellent French restaurant in the Seaholm district, brightening our Bastille Day
with freshly baked red-white-and-blue macarons (from 7am-4pm), Popsicle-and-Champagne pour-overs (from Champagne Supply Co.
), sweet and savory crêpe stations during brunch service, a freakin' Champagne waiters' race
(!) at 11am, and, oh, yes: live music and dinner specials. Vive la résistance!
