    Blue Starlite Central Grand Opening

    After testing the waters with soft-opening screenings this month, Blue Starlite officially celebrates its newest location at VFW Capital City Post 8787. The opening coincides with the VFW’s 124th anniversary, National VFW Day, and National Silent Movie Day. So they're showing an exclusive revival of the silent classic The Golem with a score from the Pixies' Black Francis, which was the first Blue Starlite screening back in 2009. They're also kicking off the VFW's Holiday and Harvest and Haunted Drive-in Month, with weeks of tricks and treats both onscreen and off, including a pumpkin patch and activities for all ages.
