Old allies clash in this Chinese gang drama as businessman and philanthropist Tin (Lau) puts a bounty out on his old friend Jizo (Koo), who is flooding the streets of Hong Kong with drugs. Ignore the title: Beyond the themes of drugs and gangsters, and the returning Koo, this is nothing to do with the 2013 original, The White Storm.
