Shabd

2005, NR, 146 min. Directed by Leena Yadav. Starring Sanjay Dutt, Aishwarya Rai, Zayed Khan.

Not reviewed at press time. The always ravishing Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai stars as the wife of a Booker Prize-winning author who is suffering from writer's block. He encourages her to engage in a steamy affair with another man in order to provide him with material for his new novel. Reality and fiction are on a collision course in this new Hindi-language drama (with music, of course). This print is in Hindi and has no subtitles.
