Supareal: Live Djs vs. Anime

NR Directed by Various.

REVIEWED By Marjorie Baumgarten, Thu., March 29, 2001

Supareal: Live DJs vs. Anime continues the Alamo Drafthouse's groundbreaking Movie & Music program that couples silent movies with the performance of original scores by local musicians. Supareal pairs Japanese anime features with local DJs who will be performing live. Thursday's double bill pairs Luna with Kite, directed by Yasuomi Umetsu; and Grant Stevens with Lain, directed by Ryutaro Nakamura
